The parcel was mailed via insured mail.

11 days later the payment (direct credit settlement from Standard bank to ABSA Bank) was reversed without any cancellation notice or enquiry!

The post office told us that the parcel has been collected from the Sanlanhof post office on the 2006-11-28 by a Mr G. Blanchard.

We are unable to contact him, because he did not supply a phone number and he does not reply to his emails.

If you happen to know him, tell him to go and pay for his order:
